BESS for Thrive Renewables Wind Farm in the Scottish Borders
We are thrilled to announce that StorTera has been awarded a £1m contract by Thrive Renewables to supply a cutting-edge 1.2MW / 2.4MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). This system will be a key component of their new Whitelaw Brae wind farm development in the Scottish Borders.
As a B Corp-certified leader in the renewable sector, Thrive shares our vision for a sustainable future. We are currently pursuing our own B Corp certification, and partnering with a like-minded organisation makes this project even more meaningful.
This collaboration marks another step forward in our mission to accelerate the energy transition and deliver reliable, clean power solutions.
A huge thank you to the team at Thrive Renewables for trusting us with this critical infrastructure. Here's to powering Scotland's green energy future together!
